The new owners of Hula Hut in Little Elm, TX came to CMC Marketing Company to help with the complete rebrand of this well-known local restaurant.
During our strategy session with the ownership team, they shared their desire to create a completely new experience for their patrons.
They were interested in revamping the look and feel of the place. Replacing the old, rustic vibe with a much more modern look. But, before hopping into the project, we asked an important question. “What do your customers want?”
The question led to the crafting of a comprehensive customer satisfaction survey that would give the new owners valuable insight into the current view of the food, service, and atmosphere of the restaurant. To their surprise, most of their patrons were very satisfied with the current food, service, etc. Most importantly, this feedback helped us come up with an overall brand strategy, and provided much needed direction for branding design.In the months following the rebrand, the new restaurant owners have seen incredible success – becoming a staple once again in the community. Their new brand – focused on building and supporting community, helped the restaurateurs herald in a new era at Hula Hut.
An era that has seen folks who had previously written off the restaurant as a relic of the past, find their way back. The rebrand was the springboard this restaurant needed to reintroduce themselves to a burgeoning region looking for good food and quality service.
