The Joy Care Management team provides medical care management services for seniors in the DFW-area. The founder, Jo Alch, RN., reached out to us for help as she decided to rebrand her burgeoning business. The aim of the rebrand was to help her business compete with larger companies serving the same population.

Her aim was to create a brand that was both professional and clean looking, but one that also has personality and denotes the warmth and care her team has for the patients they serve.

The Joy Care Management team’s new branding needed to be corporate without feeling stuffy or unapproachable. We wanted to showcase professionalism and seriousness while showcasing warm and care – cornerstones of the business. Essentially, we were tasked with designing a brand system that encompasses the present and future of the company brand.

Our brand design team felt immediately inspired and presented five different concepts to the client after reviewing the client responses on their discovery meeting survey, reviewing our Pinterest inspiration board and rewatching the recorded strategy session. She almost immediately selected one of the five concepts as her final logo. We eventually played around with the color combinations to get the entire brand system just right.
